- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación
- Escucha activa
- Empatía con los usuarios finales.
- Buenas técnicas de escritura.
- Citrix, ServiceNow, Active Directory y conexiones a VPNs
- Turnos rotativos

Inglés indispensable conversacional
