**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is primarily focused on managing inbound phone-based interactions with a strong emphasis on booking appointments and ensuring world class customer service.
**Key Duties**:
- _**Exceptional Customer Service**:_ Delivering outstanding customer service is at the heart of this role. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, making your role crucial in maintaining our reputation.
- _**Handling Incoming Calls (90%)**:_ Your primary responsibility will be to efficiently handle incoming phone calls, with the main goal of booking appointments and getting to an outcome with other customer inquiries.
- _**Staying Informed**_: Keeping up-to-date with our customers' needs and preferences to handle their phone calls effectively and personalize their experience.
- _**Internal Communication**_: Promptly acknowledge and respond to messages and updates from our internal team, ensuring smooth operation and coordination.
**Abilities and Qualifications**:
- _**Exceptional Communication Skills**:_ Providing excellent customer service is non-negotiable. You must have fantastic English communication skills, with limited to no accent, ensuring clarity and understanding in all interactions.
- _**Handling Challenging Situations**:_ Ability to handle upset customers with grace and care, turning potentially negative experiences into positive ones.
- _**Sales Aptitude**:_ Some ability in sales is crucial, particularly in addressing potential customer objections to book appointments, ensuring both customer satisfaction and business objectives are met.
- _**Typing Efficiency**:_A minimum typing speed of [specific words per minute requirement] is required, ensuring quick and accurate data entry and communication.
- _**Experience**:_Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
**Hardware Requirements**:
- _**Work from home set-up**:_8gb ram, webcam camera, noise-cancelling headset, and quiet environment at home.

- Weekly base pay starting between 3,750 to 4,250 mxn/week depending on qualifications and experience, alternating 40hr & 46 hr weeks.
- Weekly bonuses in addition to base pay on individual performance, typically between 300-500 mxn/week during slow season (October - March) and 600-1,000+ mxn/week during peak season (April - September)
