**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- In der Position verbinden Sie Ihre Erfahrungen im Application Engineering und Project Management mit Verkaufsaktivitäten
- Sie betreuen die Ihnen zugeordneten Kunden in allen Fragen zur Applikation und Hydraulikkomponenten, speziell Axialkolbenmaschinen und Pumpenverteilergetriebe
- Sie übernehmen Verkaufsaktivitäten des Bereiches Axialkolbenmaschinen, verantworten Preisvereinbarungen und Angebotslegung sowie Verhandlungen
- Sie spezifizieren Kundenbedarfe, bearbeiten Kundenprojekte sowie verfolgen Angebote eigenständig nach
- Sie fertigen Verkaufsunterlagen zur Akquisition neuer Projekte und Kunden an
- Sie führen zielführende Marktbeobachtungen und Wettbewerbsanalysen durch, um wichtige Trends zu identifizieren
- Sie erarbeiten aussagekräftige Präsentationen, die den Anforderungen des Managements entsprechen
- Zudem definieren Sie Lieferumfänge und kommunizieren intern eng mit allen relevanten Stakeholdern
- Sie agieren als Schnittstelle zwischen der Vertriebsgesellschaft und dem Produktionswerk
**Ihr Profil**:
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Maschinenbau
- Sie bringen fundierte Erfahrungen im Application Engineering, Vertrieb und Project Management von Komponenten in der Antriebstechnik mit
- Sie sind präsentations
- und kommunikationsstark, verhandlungssicher und verfügen über ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten wichtige Interessengruppen und Kunden anzusprechen und zu managen
- Ihre Persönlichkeit zeichnet sich durch eine optimistische Denkweise, Offenheit für Veränderungen und ein überzeugendes Auftreten aus
- In dieser Position beweisen Sie eine Hands-on-Mentalität, Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Agilität und sind bereit weltweit zu reisen
- Sie sprechen fliessend Deutsch sowie Englisch und sind es gewohnt Ihre Kompetenzen in einem internationalen Umfeld erfolgreich einzusetzen
