**Summary**:
As a Sales Manager, whether it’s new business development or account management, you’ll be the driving force behind our success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the general manufacturing and machine shops industry across Africa.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that add value to their operations.
- Conduct market analysis to identify business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, setting objectives and tracking performance to ensure targets are met.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure product offerings meet the specific needs of the manufacturing industry.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and after-sales support.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasting, and budgeting to senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus
- Background in manufacturing, mechanical engineering, CNC programming and/or CAD/CAM solutions experience is highly valued
- Proven sales experience in the manufacturing industry, specifically with machine shops.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a diverse sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively across Africa.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional African languages is an advantage
- Availability to travel up to 70% of the time
