**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in sales, customer support, account management, marketing, marketing program management, or consulting.
- Experience operating and working with Performance Google Products, (e.g.,Google ads, Google analytics, DV360, SA360).
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in English and Spanish with local stakeholders.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience with information, data management and analysis.
- Understanding of big data and business intelligence market trends.
- Ability to work towards strategic goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership, influencing, organizational, communication, people management and teamwork skills.
- Excellent investigatve, problem-solving and communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:
- Build and develop relationships with customers and advise them on their strategy and execution.
- Assist in the delivery of overall business strategy based on metrics and trusted partnerships.
- Provide excellent customer service to Google advertisers. Identify and solve client problems proactively.
- Leverage all available resources including optimization, marketing and technical support. Identify opportunities to increase advertiser performance and investment.
