**Job Summary**:
We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Customer Success Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our valued customers. Your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the entire customer journey.

- Elevate sales by delivering outstanding customer service and support, swiftly addressing inquiries and concerns to turn leads into valuable opportunities.
- Nurture and strengthen relationships with customers by actively understanding their needs and surpassing their expectations, paving the way for loyalty and repeat business.
- Work alongside internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to craft a seamless customer experience that encourages upselling and cross-selling.
- Keep precise customer records and documentation in Salesforce, ensuring data integrity while harnessing insights to uncover new sales opportunities.
- Spot and implement process enhancements to improve customer service policies, contributing to the development of more effective sales strategies.
- Transform leads into sales, with a particular emphasis on broadening our international market presence.
- Leverage dental expertise to assist customers in pinpointing their concerns, showcasing how our solutions effectively meet their needs.
- Inspire customers to share images of their dental issues, enabling personalized consultations that drive higher sales conversions.
- Effectively schedule customers for appointments, ensuring a seamless journey from inquiry to service delivery while optimizing conversion rates.
- Achieve and surpass key performance indicators (KPIs), with a strong focus on lead conversion rates and clinic attendance metrics.

- At least 5 years of proven experience in a sales-driven customer service or customer success role, ideally within the dental or orthodontics field.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with a knack for cultivating and nurturing relationships that boost sales in a healthcare environment.
- Skilled at efficiently addressing customer concerns and resolving issues, ensuring a delightful experience that fosters customer loyalty in the dental sector.
- Experience in sales or converting leads, especially in the dental or orthodontic fields, is greatly valued.

- Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including dental professionals, to meet sales targets and elevate customer satisfaction.
- Expertise in maintaining precise customer records and documentation through Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy for successful follow-up and sales monitoring.
