Customer Success Specialist

**Job Summary**:
Customer Success Specialists work closely with program participants to ensure their needs are met, benefits are accessed, and they are satisfied with the services.
**Rate in USD: $7.5 - $8.5 (Per Hour)**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide referrals to behavioral health and rehabilitation services.
- Assist clients in navigating through programs and understanding their options.
- Identify potential upselling opportunities and work with Customer Success Managers to achieve sales targets.
**Qualifications**:
- Entry-level experience in customer service, sales, or benefits coordination.
- Knowledge of life insurance or health benefits systems.
- Strong problem-solving and empathy skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to drive engagement.
