Descripción general:
Como Asociado de Soporte al Cliente que trabaja en horario de 6 a 11 PM y fines de semana, jugarás un papel vital en Zapp proporcionando un servicio al cliente excepcional a nuestros usuarios finales y socios dentro de la industria de remesas.
Tu responsabilidad principal será atender las consultas de los clientes a través de chat y correo electrónico, asegurando su satisfacción.
Esta posición requiere una combinación de conocimientos básicos o experiência en la industria de remesas o roles de soporte al cliente, habilidades en productos de G Suite, excelentes habilidades de comunicación y la capacidad de prosperar en un entorno acelerado.
**Requisitos**:
- Conocimientos básicos o experiência en la industria de remesas O roles de soporte al cliente.
- Experiência con productos de G Suite.
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación, tanto verbales como escritas.
- Personalidad amigable y extrovertida con un enfoque centrado en el cliente.
- Disposición para aprender y adaptarse a diversos horarios, incluyendo días festivos y fines de semana.
- Capacidad para prosperar en un entorno acelerado.
**Responsabilidades clave**:
- Proporcionar un excelente soporte a través de chat y correo electrónico a nuestros usuarios finales y socios durante horarios nocturnos y fines de semana.
- Atender las consultas de los clientes de manera rápida y eficiente con respecto a nuestro servicio, proceso de incorporación y transacciones en línea.
- Investigar y resolver las consultas de los clientes por escrito, asegurando la satisfacción del cliente.
- Garantizar una documentación precisa para cada interacción con el cliente.
- Coordinarse con otros departamentos dentro de la empresa para resolver consultas y problemas complejos de los clientes.
- Recopilar información de las interacciones con los clientes de primera línea y convertirla en ideas accionables para mejorar.
- Nota: Este rol exige flexibilidad en los horarios de trabajo y dedicación para proporcionar un soporte al cliente de primera calidad durante horarios no tradicionales.
