The growth in the customer base has led to an increase in the volume of service requests for ForceManager. To ensure we can respond to all these requests and attend to our customers' needs, we require a **Customer Support Hero **who can help them work with our software in the best possible way.

The main mission of the support team in ForceManager is to provide high-quality technical assistance and customer service to our users. As part of this team, you will be an ambassador for our customers and serving as their trusted advisor.

**Your **responsibilities **will **include**:
- Making and keeping customers happy
- Answer customers request with an empathetic approach through a ticketing system, chat and by phone.
- Work side-by-side with our users to problem-solve through technical issues of our software.
- Keep high satisfaction standards and exceed customer expectations.
- You are also the voice of the customer internally. You pass on their feedback to the product and development team, so that they too can get down to work on making ForceManager even better.

**Key **requirements**:
- Previous experience in customer service, with a vocationally customer-centric mindset.
- Previous experience working with Zendesk or similar.
- Passion for customer care and have the ability to champion high levels of client satisfaction.
- Passioned about technology.
- Ability to breakdown complex problems and explain them in a clear and simple way.
- Articulate and concise in both written and oral communication.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Spanish & English, oral and written.
- C ommunicate effectively through writing in Italian
- Eligible to work in Spain.
