We are looking for a qualified **Customer Executive** to manage a team of representatives who will offer excellent customer service and after-sales support.

**Responsabilities**:

- Create strategy, vision and opportunity plans.
- Expand and generate databases.
- Prospecting for new customers that drive revenue, growth and customer satisfaction.
- Objective-oriented meetings with clients to develop an action plan with them.
- Positions and sell the total value of **Blue Yonder** products and services of the firm to increase the client's income (technological tools).
- Know how to proactively investigate and analyze the client's situation to find business problems and develop a solution proposal.
- Operate as a consultative sales executive (analyze valuable information for potential improvements for the client).
- Make presentations for clients.
- Negotiation capacity with clients.
- Monitoring and customer support.
- Ability to close sales.

**Profile**:

- Qualified professional with experience in commercial business areas
- Knowledge in license sales
- Experience in selling business solutions software and consulting service sales
- Ability to develop new businesses
- Presentation skills (ability to convey technology and value propositions)
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Creative, Analytical in a problem solving environment.
- Excellent customer centric account management skills
