El coordinador del proceso de servicio 4 realiza tareas variadas y de complejidad moderada. La mayor parte del impacto se relaciona con la calidad de la ejecución. Trabaja con supervisión limitada. Puede proporcionar servicio a una amplia gama de productos o servicios. Demuestra experiência administrativa/técnica. Aplica habilidades de área funcional especializada y conocimientos básicos incluidas normas o principios técnicos/profesionales subyacentes. Aplica las habilidades de investigación, reunión de información y análisis a la información basada en los hechos. Hace uso de su criterio en función de la práctica y precedencia. Selecciona el mejor curso de acción de una amplia gama de opciones definidas, y comprende las consecuencias de cada una.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Organizar, registrar y proporcionar servicio a la producción de distintas actividades de servicio, lo que puede exigir la interacción con clientes internos y externos.
- Resolver problemas complejos y realizar actividades de servicio más complejas con supervisión limitada.
- Trabajar en proyectos complejos.
- Ocasionalmente, actuar como mentor de los procesadores de níveles inferiores.
- Conciliar cuentas históricas y realizar tareas de reaplicación o reamortización.
- Respaldar una amplia gama de productos o servicios.
- Demuestra experiência administrativa/técnica.
- Aplicar habilidades de área funcional especializada y conocimientos básicos incluidas normas o principios técnicos/profesionales subyacentes, que están bien definidos.
- Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia

**Calificaciones**:

- Entre 1 y 3 años de experiência relevante.
- Preferentemente, experiência en servicio o procesamiento de préstamos.
- Dominio de Microsoft Excel. Exige sentarse frente a una computadora la mayor parte del turno de 8 horas.
- El cargo exige habilidad para levantar o manipular cajas de archivos de 30 lb (13.60 kg) y empujar o tirar de carros de madera completamente cargados.
- Puede ayudar a extraer o volver a archivar documentos.
- Experiência en procesamiento relacionada con conocimientos básicos sobre la organización y sus políticas, así como una comprensión básica de las políticas y los procedimientos del departamento o la unidad; preferentemente, conocimiento básico de las pautas de inversores estatales y reglamentarias.
