Hello My name's Jason. I'm a partner at YAP MEDIA. I'm looking for a kick-ass Executive Assistant who can help us scale our company by supporting me in my day-to-day activities.
I'm looking for someone who shares our values and wants to grow with us as we scale from a multi 7-figure business to an 8-figure business in the next 16 months.
The ideal person wants to learn and grow in a long-term partnership (2-3 years minimum), is obsessed with productivity and efficiency, and thrives when given agency to solve problems creatively.

KPIs: the results you'll be measured on
- How much time I'm able to spend on Deep Work

**Requirements**:
- No other jobs/clients. I want this project to be your primary career focus so that we can grow together.
- Able to work PST hours. I currently work from about 530am to 430pm Sun-Fri. Saturday is the only day I regularly take off.
- I have some flexibility on exact hours, but need 8 ish hrs of overlap Mon-Fri.
- Strong written communication skills. Comfortable with numbers and math.
- Must be interested in podcasts, entrepreneurship, and personal development.
- Available to attend meetings with me, daily 1-on-1 around 230 PST.
**Tasks**:
- Schedules appointments (one-off and recurring)
- Document Processes and Criteria To Delegate Recurring Decisions
- Create SOPs
- Support With Finance Admin Tasks. For example: load bills into QB, basic bookkeeping tasks, verify data entries, etc.
- Tracking project plans, ClickUp tasks, and flagging when attention is needed
- Proofing assets (e.g. show notes, video content for social, etc)
- Guest outreach for podcast booking
- Organizing Calendar
- Help w/ weekly review + planning
- Create Simple Decks For Presentations / Proposals
- Take meeting notes, document next steps, support with next steps
- Researching topics of interest
- Gathering information from partners / clients
- Help w/ weekly review process
- At end of day Friday
- Create list of all Ad Hoc events from last two week
- Create list of all Ad Hoc events for next two weeks
- Include any notes on next steps
- Clean up calendar for following week
- Handles thank you cards
- Selects, buys, and ships items
- Preps documents
- Screens calls (deals with external customer service for me)
- Buys event tickets, books Hotels, etc.
- Organizes follow-ups for networking contacts
- Checks in for flights
- Researches interests/activities
- Researches questions
- Organizes to-dos
- Sends reminders
- Tracks birthdays and sends gifts
- Other Ad hoc projects and tasks
**Salary**: $88,000.00 per year
