Partner Marketing Manager, Google Cloud

**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in technology marketing, with a focus on partner marketing, communications, program management, demand generation and performance.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Project management experience, including managing multiple projects at once, external agencies and vendors.
- Experience building scalable partner programs that show clear results and impact.
- Experience operating with expanded regional and distributed teams.
- Experience in planning, managing, and executing complex, large-scale marketing programs.

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop joint marketing strategies with Google Cloud’s services and reseller partner ecosystem and drive marketing programs to increase partner campaign performance and efficiency.
- Work closely with direct marketing teams to integrate partners into Google’s owned initiatives and expand reach of customers.
- Collaborate with the Partner Managers within Spanish speaking countries in Latin America. Define a list of partners to jointly develop and execute localized awareness generation programs that promote Google Cloud solutions.
- Set key performance indicators, drive pipeline and measure return on investment to ensure success of campaigns including the increase of partner generated and influenced business to Google Cloud.
- Track demand flow with Google Partner Sales teams and Partners, ensuring optimized process workflow into Salesforce and reporting. Collaborate with the regional Partner/Field Marketing team to ensure a uniform process.
