**Technical Support and Configuration Specialist -**

**Duties and responsibilities**

You are able to solve technological problems on a daily basis.
Some of the main duties and responsibilities a Technical Support
Specialist will perform include:

- Communicating with clients to diagnose issues
- Providing step-by-step instructions to resolve blockers or software issues
- Providing backup/workaround solutions whenever necessary
- Providing training new software products or upgrades
- Directing users to help instructions, message manager or

FAQ’s to help explain and clarify software usage and best practices
- Keeping detailed logs of client problems, solutions, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other Support, Business and Technical

Specialists to find solutions to more complex issues.
