**CRM Support Specialist Sr**

**Purpose of the position**

The CRM Support Specialist Jr will be responsible for the development, maintenance and support of reports and dashboards in the different reporting tools within the company´s toolbox: PowerBI and MS D365. Also, D365 Technical support.

This will involve working with stakeholders to identify requirements, proposing, and implementing solutions, hands-on development to integrate data sources, validating report accuracy and participating in the ongoing maintenance of the system.

As a CRM Support Specialist Jr, you should have sound knowledge in Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, configurations, reporting, dashboards and security model and you will be working alongside the Business team to come up with design, visualizations, reports, ad-hoc analysis of issues, enhancements. Ensuring that all documentation is completed, best practices are set and adhered to.

**Principal responsibilities**
- Interact with clients to understand business requirements
- Develop and maintenance new and current Reports
- Develops and manages reports and dashboards in the different reporting tools within the company´s toolbox: PowerBI(P) and MS D365(M).
- Building and configuring CRM forms, views, and workflows
- Estimating the completion of tasks
- Designs and Develops Visualizations and ad-hoc Data Analytics solutions to support the Business areas.

**Required critical behaviours**

- A team player working with various IT Roles at the regional and global levels.
- Good understanding of data architecture.
- Good knowledge with different available tools and available frameworks including PowerBI, MS D365.
- Good Knowledge in Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, configurations, reporting, dashboards and security model
- An understanding of advanced analytics.
- Good collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work across multiple projects (scrum or Waterfall) with competing priorities and deadlines
- MS Dynamics CRM: SDK (MS.Net C#), report writing, installation, configuration and customizations
- MS SQL Server and SSRS reporting services experience

**Salary**: Up to $50,000.00 per month
