**En qué consiste este trabajo**

Actualmente estamos buscando a una persona dinámica para el puesto de Asistente de Instalaciones para unirse a nuestro equipo:
**Ubicación**:Av. Javier Barros Sierra Col. Sta Fe, Alc. Álvaro Obregón**

**Horario**: Lunes a viernes, de 9:00 am a 6:00 pm.

**Modelo de trabajo**: Presencial.

**¿Cuál es tu día a día?**
- Gestiona la recepción, el proceso de registro de entrada y salida de usuarios diarios y visitantes.
- Resuelve problemas asociados con todos los servicios del edificio, incluyendo limpieza, sala de correo, servicios de fotocopiadora, estacionamiento, gafetes y salas de conferencias. Envía órdenes de trabajo a través de los canales apropiados.
- Realiza recorridos diarios del sitio para evaluar las condiciones del sitio y los pisos.
- Se relaciona y trabaja en colaboración con asociados y OP, FM, Ingeniería, Gestión de Proyectos, etc. y proveedores para apoyar la funcionalidad del espacio de trabajo - Un Equipo.
- Apoya en la recopilación de datos, análisis e informes para asegurar la alineación con los objetivos del Cliente.
- Gestiona servicios de recepción, suministros de cocina y oficina, reordena el inventario según sea necesario.
- Maneja el correo y paquetes entrantes y salientes, recolección de correo, distribución y servicios de mensajería.
- Identifica e informa cualquier problema que afecte el espacio o la experiência en el lugar de trabajo.
- Comprende las políticas y procedimientos operativos del edificio.
- Demuestra un alto nível de conciencia de seguridad, conocimiento de los procedimientos de evacuación de emergencia, procedimientos para visitas de autoridades locales, así como de Salud y Seguridad en general.
- Proporciona apoyo para la reserva de salas, clasificación de solicitudes de asociados y tareas generales de conferencias, es decir, entregas de alimentos, solicitudes de instalaciones de salas de conferencias y configuración de salas.
- Realiza verificaciones diarias de las salas de conferencias para garantizar la preparación del cliente y abordar de manera proactiva los problemas relacionados con la funcionalidad del equipo, la configuración del mobiliario y el estado de reparación.
- Ayuda con la configuración de salas de reuniones, espacios y equipos audiovisuales.
- Mantiene un inventario de productos necesarios para eventos, suministros de oficina, etc. de manera consistente con las medidas de sostenibilidad tomadas tanto por JLL como por el cliente y adhiriéndose a una práctica de 'menos es más' para evitar el desorden y gastos innecesarios.
- Emite gafetes temporales y proporciona información sobre el edificio y el área.

**Requisitos**
- Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas o campos relacionados.
- 3 años de experiência en instalaciones, administración de propiedades, hospitalidad o campos relacionados.
- Inglés Avanzado
- El conocimiento de los requisitos locales de salud y seguridad ocupacional, instalaciones críticas y gestión de proveedores para servicios especializados es ventajoso.
- Es ventajoso comprender los aspectos técnicos básicos de la propiedad (aire acondicionado de sala de computadoras, sistema de enfriamiento, sistema de protección contra incendios, sistema mecánico y eléctrico).
