**THE ROLE**
The role of the Executive Assistant ensures a smooth day-to-day operation in Mexico, support the business and HR with administrative support.
**OPPORTUNITES**
- You will be the main point of contact to incoming visitors.
- You will ensure office premise is conducive to working.
- You will work on the requisition of purchase orders (PO) for all office & kitchen supplies and HR-related expenses.
- You will help the new hire process, work closely with the Employee Experience team to coordinate company activities.
- You will provide business Support.
- You will provide business and Legal team support.
**SKILLS**
- You should have experience as an Executive Assistant.
- You should have good soft skills, demonstrated organization skills, proactive, systematic and initiative.
- You should be proficient with MS Office.
- You should have the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
- You should have availability to work in our Mexico Office located in "Paseo de la Forma".
