**The **Opportunity**:
Provide strategic and operational management for key HR operational functions. Responsible for development and deployment of initiatives and standard processes, and analytics to optimize service levels in daily HR operations and will make appropriate operational business decisions and continuously improve operations across the organization. In collaboration with HR Leadership Team, this position will assist with the overall strategy and direction for daily HR support of the strategic plan. Manages a team of entry/intermediate professionals or Supervisors with a focus on setting objectives, plans and tactics with direct impact on the immediate or short-term operational results of the department.

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee the operations of our HR Shared Services Center site in Mexico City, Mexico. The HR Manager will be responsible for leading a team of HR professionals in delivering high-quality HR services to the organization. This role will require a strategic approach to optimizing HR functions, including identifying opportunities for outsourcing, managing key HR functions, and implementing best practices across the HR Services team.

- Lead and manage the HR Shared Services Center site, including talent acquisition services, payroll, benefits administration, HR compliance, and HR Operations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy and objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and systems to increase efficiency and enhance the quality of HR services.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, country, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Manage and resolve complex HR issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees and management.
- Oversee the management of HR projects, including technology implementations, process re-engineering, and service delivery model changes.
- Collaborate with senior HR leadership to develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the HR Shared Services Center.
- Foster a culture of high performance and continuous development within the HR team.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders to understand their needs and provide appropriate HR support.
- Manage the HR Shared Services Center budget and resources effectively.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within an HR Shared Services environment. (ServiceNow)
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team of HR professionals.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and data analytics, preferably Workday
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.
- Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

**OTHER**
- Shift 2: 9:00am - 6:00pm MXC
- All positions will follow current in-office requirements, specific to the office location.
- Relocation support and packages are not being offered for positions at this time.

- The salary for these positions will be determined based on the market rates for the location in which the role is based.
