**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
Will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective internal procedures, handle employee-related issues, support recruiting and retention efforts, benefits administration, compensation, rewards, supports talent and culture initiatives and conflict resolution.
**Required Skills and Experience**
Bachelor#s degree in human resources or related field
- 4+ years in human resources
- Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset.
- Experience working with TRESS, SAP & SuccessFactors.
- Strong analytical skills, utilizing Excel, databases
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
