**Propósito del puesto**:
Es responsable de dar soporte a los temas relacionados con los módulos Billing & Invoicing y cobranza de IS-U, proponer soluciones tecnológicas a solicitud de las diferentes áreas de negocio e implementar soluciones, su misión consiste en realizar el análisis de las funcionalidades para los proyectos, mantenimientos, y/o mejora a los procesos de negocio y sistemas instalados. Deberá trabajar de manera conjunta en el desarrollo funcional de las aplicaciones informáticas, asegurando su correcto uso y su óptimo rendimiento, asesora y capacita a los usuarios con el fin de evitar cualquier inconsistencia y/o error que pueda surgir con los sistemas y obtener así el máximo rendimiento de los mismos, preparar y elaborar toda la documentación técnica y de usuario de cada aplicación.
Perfil Ocupacional y experiência:
Escolaridad: Lic. en informática Administrativa, Lic. en Administración de Empresas.
Conocimientos en: Academia en módulo de SAP en módulos IS-U / Billing & Invoicing / Cobranza. (3 años)

Algunas Funciones del cargo:
- Dar soporte a los dueños del proceso de facturación y cobranza de clientes desde la perspectiva del correcto uso del sistema SAP en los modulos Billing & Invoicing y Cobranza apoyando en asegurar el correcto desempeño del proceso.
- Dar apoyo y asesoría general del proceso en SAP para la generación de reportes e indicadores de Billing & Invoicing y Cobranza a las áreas de negocio como parte de la operación.
- Monitorear los procesos asociados a los modulos Billing & Invoicing y Cobranza como Jobs, Automatizaciones, timbrado de facturas etc. y supervisar su ejecución de forma exitosa, resolviendo incidencias en caso de presentarse a través de soluciones que erradiquen la causa raíz.
- Realizar configuración en el módulo de Billing & Invoicing y cobranza, siguiendo el protocolo de gestión de cambios deacuerdo con las solicitudes de usuario recibidas como incidentes o requerimientos de mejora para dar cumplimiento a necesidades regulatorios, fiscales, contables o de operación, asegundando el cumplimiento de los SLA´s dentro del área.
