**Responsibilities**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage our End-to-End (E2E) Supplies billing program for North America. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing our E2E Supplies billing program for North America, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Tracking and monitoring customer counter collection processes to minimize revenue gaps.
  • Generating billing data files to complete the invoicing process, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
  • Managing pricing templates for Clicks and Supplies, ensuring alignment with contractual terms and conditions.
  • Creating and overseeing Supplies programs set up, ensuring seamless integration with our sales and service operations.
  • Tracking revenue, billing, and collection gaps, providing analytical reports and presenting results to business stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with Finance, Sales, Service, and other key stakeholders to determine strategy, policies, and procedures.
  • Developing and maintaining internal and external relationships to support the management of scope and expectations.
  • Operating as a team member, advising on methods to improve business processes and efficiencies.
  • Identifying procedural changes within the Sales Operations team to achieve the highest level of operational excellence for the business.
  • Complying with procedural/audit/records retention policies.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A first-level university degree or equivalent experience; an advanced university degree is a plus.
  • Typically, 4-6 years of experience in a business-related function, preferably finance, accounting, or compensation.
  • Demonstrated experience in self-directed roles with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Fluency in English (written and oral).
  • Process Management & Transformation: ability to identify process shortcomings and work with others to improve or transform processes.
  • Problem Solving: ability to approach problems in a rational manner using sound strategies that ensure comprehensive understanding and effective resolution.
