Job Summary

This position leads the Indigo Supplies Billing program as part of our Industrial Print Sales Operations Team. The successful candidate will apply subject matter knowledge to document processes, deliver training for other employees, and ensure clear alignment with our internal team processes that drive business revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end hardware billing program
  • Create and oversee the hardware billing process
  • Track revenue, billing, and collection gaps
  • Assist other areas such as billing related to hardware, services, and supplies
  • Work closely with finance, sales, service, supplies, and other key stakeholders to determine strategy, policies, and procedures
  • Develop and maintain internal and external relationships to support management of scope and expectations
  • Operate as a team member and advise on methods to improve business processes and efficiencies
  • Identify procedural changes within the sales operations team to achieve the highest level of operational excellence for the business
  • Comply with procedural/audit/records retention policies
  • Provide analytical reports and present results periodically to business stakeholders

Requirements

  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree is a plus
  • Typically, 4-6 years of experience in a business-related function, preferably finance, accounting, or compensation
  • Demonstrated experience in self-directed roles with minimal supervision

  • Fluent in English (written & oral)
  • QAD experience and proficient knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications
  • Process management and transformation: identify process shortcomings and work with others to improve or transform processes
  • Problem-solving: approach problems in a rational manner using sound strategies that ensure comprehensive understanding and effective resolution
  • Change management: develop methods for supporting innovation/change across the organization
  • Demonstrates analytical skills and strong process orientation with critical attention to detail
