**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
**Payroll Support & Compliance**
- Assist in processing payroll for 3,000 U.S., Puerto Rico, and Canadian employees.
- Respond to time-sensitive legal correspondence and ensure compliance with payroll policies and procedures.
- Serve as backup for setting up deductions such as overpayments, medical contributions, and union dues.
**Accuracy & Deadline Management**
- Meet quarterly and annual payroll deadlines with high accuracy.
- Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Process Improvement & Training**
- Maintain and develop payroll procedures and training materials, supporting both internal teams and HR generalists.
- Identify process patterns to drive standardization and support compliance audits (404 controls).
- Provide Dayforce support to corporate payroll partners.
**Communication & Confidentiality**
- Communicate professionally with internal teams, legal, and external stakeholders on sensitive payroll matters.
- Respond to employee inquiries through Service Now, maintaining confidentiality and ensuring SLA adherence.
**Financial Insight & Analysis**

**Basic Requirements**:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of payroll experience or similar role
- Intermediate accounting skills, especially in large spreadsheet reconciliations
- Advanced English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization abilities
- Ability to interpret complex legal and tax information
- Commitment to confidentiality with sensitive employee data
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or certifications like CPP, FPP, CEBS, or HR-related
- 2-5 years of experience processing multi-state payrolls
- Familiarity with payroll best practices
