**Funciones del cargo**:
**En concreto**:
- Ser el punto de contacto principal con los clientes, construyendo relaciones de confianza en las cuentas asignadas.
- Asegurar adecuada implementación y onboarding de nuevos clientes liderando el proyecto integralmente.
- Generar acciones para promover la adopción, compromiso y profundidad de uso de la solución por parte de nuestros clientes.
- Monitorear interacciones regulares con los clientes, asegurando resolución y seguimiento de errores y problemas.
- Generar e implementar herramientas que faciliten el uso para el cliente, incorporando propuestas de desarrollo y mejora.
- Monitorear, utilizar y atender de forma constante las vías de soporte y atención a nuestros usuarios para resolver las incidencias y proponer mejoras de producto.
- Acompañar al equipo comercial con el conocimiento funcional necesario para prospectos en cartera.
**Requerimientos del cargo**:
- Experiência de 1 años o mas en cargos relacionados.
- Experiência en gestión de cuentas y servicio al cliente B2B.
- Afinidad con tecnología y disposición para aprender.
- Experiência en uso de sistemas CRM.
- Experiência en relacionamiento con clientes de diferentes níveles jerárquicos.
- Haber gestionado proyectos (Deseable).
