- Además, te pedimos:
- Ayudar a los clientes a usar la plataforma mediante correo, chat, videollamada.
- Capacitar a los clientes en el uso de la plataforma.
- Desarrollo de contenido de ayuda para nuestros clientes.
- Canalizar internamente las solicitudes, identificando responsables.
- Gestionar el registro centralizado de solicitudes en el sistema de soporte.
- Identificar necesidades de los clientes, levantando mejoras y proponiendo entregables.
- Probar nuevas funcionalidades.
**Requisitos**:
- Autonomía para que todos trabajemos relajados.
- Experiência manejando clientes en empresas B2B.
- Manejo de excel intermedio, nada del otro mundo tampoco.
- Buena expresión oral y escrita para redactar mail y las ayudas.
- Metódico y organizado porque no nos gusta trabajar doble.
- Manejar JIRA (para nada excluyente)
