**Descripción de puesto.**
Responsable de gestionar a nível estratégico los recursos y proceso logístico de transporte de personal para cumplir en tiempo y forma la necesidad de Producción.

**Responsabilidades.**
- Programación del Servicio de transporte diario
- Revisión y ajuste de programación de acuerdo con necesidades de Planta
- Supervisar a los proveedores de transporte y solucionar en tiempo real en caso de presentarse algún incidente
- Buscar oportunidades de mejora continua para optimizar el servicio, la eficiencia, rentabilidad y productividad de la operación.
- Cuidar el cumplimiento de la programación de transporte para que se de en tiempo y forma.
- Gestionar los procesos asociados al pago del servicio.
- Generación de reportes, tracking y controles estadísticos que permitan tener la visibilidad que permitan tomar decisiones certeras para asegurar funcionamiento correcto de cada proceso.
- Aplicar la tecnología actual para automatizar y sistematizar las actividades inherentes al requerimiento del servicio de transporte, comedores y limpieza.
- Horarios escalonados/ turnos variables.

**Requisitos.**

Educación.
- Licenciatura o Ingeniería Industrial Administrativa, Sistemas de la Información.

Experiência.
- Conocimiento de programación (deseable).
- Microsoft office (énfasis en excel).
- Proyectos - Administración general.
- Experiência en Logística

Idiomas.
- Ingles **básico **a medio

Viajes.
- 10% (locales).

Mandatorio.
- Licencia para conducir (indistinto el tipo de licencia)

Indispensable.
- Comprobable nível de Excel avanzado.
- Experiência mínima de 2 años en operaciones con proveedores a cargo en áreas de servicio.
- Experiência mínima de 1 año en proyectos.
- Trabajo en equipo.
- Administración de presupuestos.

- Habilidades de programación.
