Our IS Team is looking to add an #EnergyProblemSolver in Mexico City to support our SGP project.

We are seeking a proactive who has knowledge and experience in as 1 phrase brief description of skillset. This individual has the proven skills, competencies and capacity to. describe contributions the role makes in 1-2 sentences.

**Responsibilities**:

- On Site and Remote Support
- Training of users and monitoring compliance with IT policies, processes and standards.
- Provide 1st level technical support, as well as follow up on incidents when they are escalated
- Identify recurring incidents associated with IT issues, investigate, and propose improvements.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to IT processes
- Use and administration of Active Directory
- Management of console and RSA devices.
- Management of IT assets (Computers, Tokens, Printers, Cellphones, etc.)
- Management of mobile communication devices with Intune (Cell Phones and Tablets)
- Satellite telephone management & support
- Deal with service providers and material
- AV rooms support

Qualifications and Education

Qualifications:

- Knowledge in Windows Support (Server, 10)
- Knowledge in Office 365 (Troubleshooting)
- Problem resolution
- Technical support 24/7
- Customer Service

**Education**:

- Computer Systems Engineering or related (Titled)
- ITIL Certification (Desirable)
