About the role:
The
**IT & Systems Support Sr. Representative** for LAO Service Center will be responsible for being the liaison between LAO SC, the business and vendor IT. The position is responsible of managing LAO SC´s system projects, changes and modifications, as well as IT related matters such as user control, permissions & systems accesses. It is also responsible to follow up and communicate vendor or GMF’s system issues impacting LAO SC, as well as maintaining registration, storage and destruction of digital records.

LAO Service Center is a strategic regional center that provides Collections, Customer Service, Back Office, Consumer Credit, among other services for GMF in the region.

What you need:

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably, but not limited to IT, Computer Science, business administration.
- +2 years of experience working in an IT support role.
- Languages required: Spanish & English.
- MS Office - intermediate (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
- Proficient relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- Strong risk management, control, compliance and security environment mindset.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Results oriented.
- Able to adapt to new business requirements in a fast phased environment.

What you will be doing:

- Manage identification, tracking, solution & action plans for IT issues from the Vendor and/or GMF impacting LAO SC.
- Coordinate activities performed by the Vendor and GMF in the Servicing Center related to Telecommunications and IT developments, and ensure system implementations and changes don’t impact LAO SC operation.
- Ensure process & procedures are being executed timely and accurately regarding new and terminated users at the Servicing Center, as well as correct accesses according to vendor’s agents activities.
- Maintain the record of the registration, storage and destruction of digital records containing the recordings of the activities performed by the vendor.
- Participate in the evaluation of the Business Continuity Plan.
