**Descripción**:
Principales responsabilidades
- Gestión y agenda a nível dirección
- Gestión de agenda personal (Visas, citas, colegiaturas, tramites migratorios, pagos de servicios etc)
- Coordinación de tareas con el área de finanzas
- Coordinación de choferes
- Coordinación de viajes y transporte
- Organización de comidas de visitantes de otros países
- Comprobaciones de gastos, conciliaciones bancarias
- Ordenes de compra
- Coordinación de eventos
- Coordinación de coffebreaks y juntas
- Seguimiento a clientes internos y externos
- Manejo de facturaciones
- Seguimientos de pagos
- Seguimiento de llamadas y correos
**Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)**:
- Inglés avanzado indispensable
- Francés avanzado (idealmente)
