We are looking for an HR Manager.
Human Resources Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering payroll, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and support the recruitment process.
- Onboard new employees: hiring and induction.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records: contracts, documentation, vacations, attendance, and disciplinary records.
- Create, review, and update weekly payroll information.
- Ensure all promotions and performance evaluations are completed on time.
- Creates, controls, and develops HR department procedures.
- Develop and implement company policies.
- Plans and organizes company activities and events.
Requirements and skills:
- 3+ years experience in HR Management.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Knowledge of HR systems used for organizing the department.
- Leadership skills.
- Excellent written and spoken communication (both English and Spanish).
- People management skills.
- Proactive.
- Proficient in the use of the Windows operating system and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Law benefits + Savings Fund

Work Location: On site, Ciudad Obregón, Sonora.
