**Responsibilities**:

**he Opportunity**

Development and execution of marketing strategies as well as marketing programs within Sonrics brand, ensuring the correct implementation. Taking ownership in Franchises brands and supporting different seasonalities and brand initiatives across the year such as 14 feb, dia del niño, verano, halloween, posadas. Support in main activities in role like support with channels, collaboration and tracking with extended areas like digital, innovation, planning, weekly sales, analysis of market, trends, consumers and competitors to contribute to a profitable and sustainable growth.

**Your Impact**

As an
**Brand Jr Analyst Sonric´s Temporal (1 year contract*) **your functions would consist of:

- Coordinate and flawless execution short/long term complete marketing strategies (initiatives)
- Responsible of setting and executing AOP analysis to further drive conclusions and strategic plans for brand growth
- Analysis of category/brand information and KPIS to generate reports and drive conclusions to help decision making to gain SOM (Internal database, ISCAM)
- Analysis of portfolio & recommendation aligned with revenue management & R&D

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- **Bachelor in Marketing (preferred), Business Administration or similar.**

**Experience**
- 0-1 years of experience in marketing roles (executional preferred)
- Basics of marketing knowledge (consumer insights, branding, product P&L, brand health / sales KPIs)
- Capacity to analyze at deep level and connect data from different sources to drive actionable decisions
- Creative and ability to translate ideas into profitable initiatives
- Project management and capable to coordinate across areas - leadership.
- Adaptive attitude and response towards change
- Proficiency in English (writing and oral)
