**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**

Support FLNA Brand and Innovation team in the MBS and partner with the brand teams to deliver volume, net sales, share and profit through base and innovation growth.

To be a business partner for different teams such as Marketing, Commercialization, Sales, Supply Chain and other Finance Team’s providing financial visibility for decision making processes.

Give support with day-to-day analysis to find growth, efficiency and profitability opportunities across assigned brands

**Your Impact**

As **FLNA Finance Sr. Analyst - Brand and Innovation Finance **your responsiblities would consist:

- Work cross functionally to develop and refine innovation Profit & Losses
- Provide overall support for the period end results and preparation of the Innovation forecast
- Create Channel/Customer promotional analysis to support business partners & innovation launches
- Create, update, prepare ongoing periodic business reports
- Understand key drivers of the P&L performance and deliver insights for stakeholders.
- Analysis about brand performance, profit drivers, variation in profitability of Fritos, Tostitos, Josefina and Santitas mix.
- Maintain complex Excel models

Qualifications:

**Experience**
- Proficiency in English language
- 1 to 2 years of experience in financial planning
- Strong excel skills
- Power BI or SAP experience is a plus
- Able to work independently and takes initiative
- Capable of managing multiple time sensititive priorities simultaneously
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Team work oriented

**Skills**
- Highly organized and responsive, with ability to work to SLAs and tight deadlines
- Numerate and a lateral thinker, good at data analysis, with a strong attention to detail
