Liderar y gestionar la estrategia de transformación y evolución del área de servicio a clientes de la región de Latinoamérica. Es responsable por los proyectos e iniciativas estratégicas a través de la evaluación y mejora de los procesos punta a punta con impacto en servicio a los clientes tales como Gestión y envejecimiento de órdenes, reclamaciones, devoluciones, emisión de Notas de Crédito/Débito y refacturaciones. Lidera
La migración de un esquema táctico a estratégico de la relación con los clientes de BD en todos los sitios de la región. Actúa como responsable y gestiona a su equipo de trabajo en la
Solución efectiva de problemas entre las áreas funcionales, cumplimiento regulatorio de procesos, eficiencia en las operaciones y servicio post-venta desde la colocación de un pedido hasta su entrega satisfactoria al cliente (Ciclo de la Orden) así como todas las interacciones de clientes internos y externos del Hub.
**Requisitos**:

- Titulado.
- MBA - deseable
- Inglés avanzado.
- 6 años de experiência en roles similares con gente a cargo.
- EXPERIENCIA CON ALTOS VOLÚMENES DE PRODUCCION - 400,000 líneas de producción al año
- Experiência en la industria de CONSUMO MASIVO O DISPOSITIVOS MEDICOS.
- Dominio de SAP
- Aplicación de técnicas de escucha activa y empatía.
- Habilidades efectivas en atención a clientes, comunicación oral e interpersonal.
- Experiência en negociación y seguimiento y aplicación y mejora de procesos establecidos. (A través de la aplicación de metodologías de mejora continua)
- Gestión del Cambio
- Conocimiento general del estándar ISO13485 y NOM-SSA1-241-2012.
- Alto nível y dominio de influencia (clientes internos, externos, stakeholders y equipo).

Compensación

$120,000 + bono de desempeño anual equivalente al 15% del sueldo anual + vales de despensa del 10% (2900) + fondo de ahorro del 13% (3500), vales de comida de 2150 MXN, prima vacacional del 55% con 12días de vacaciones, seguro de vida y seguro de gastos médicos mayores familiar, bono de desempeño anualizado sobre 13 meses de sueldo con target de 20% + Auto + acciones 15,000 dlls.
