Estamos buscando a nuestro próximo Lead Member In Store Services and Launches quién ejecutará la planeación estratégica de membsership, services y launches de nuestra nueva Flagship Store: Nike Mexico City.

Esta persona será la responsable de ejecutar la estrategia realizada por el Coach Consumer Experience buscando elevar la experiência se servicios y lanzamientos para nuestros consumidores. Además de construir la conexión con los consumidores.

¿En qué trabajarás?
- Responsable de ejecutar las estrategias y los diferentes servicios "agregados" dentro de tienda
- Entrenar al equipo de forma constante de los servicios agregados, así como de la maquinaría para el mismo.
- Seguimiento al inventario de productos de personalización / limpieza para asegurar resurtidos
- Analisis del sell thru de los materiales de personalización / limpieza, dar insights constantes al Coach del equipo para tomar decisiones.
- Ejecutar estrategias de lanzamientos y conexiones elevadas con el consumidor
- Hacer partnership con áreas cross funcionales para establecer estrategias de lanzamientos de producto.
- Conocimiento en área de deportes así como de tecnologías de prodcuto.
- Elevar en la ejecución nuestros programa de servicio
- Asegurar la correcta ejecucion de Iniciativas de producto

¿Con quién trabajarás?

Esta persona será responsable de liderar al in store trainer de servicios asi como al equipo de expertos entrenadores. Trabajará de manera cross funcional con otras áreas como consumer services, operaciones, etc.

- Experiência 3 años de experiência en posición subgerente en retail (boutiques, tiendas

deportivas)
- Capacidad para construir, dirigir, administrar y entrenar equipos de alto rendimiento
- Capacidad de utilizar herramientas para apoyar la resolución de conflictos y el coaching y
