Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced KEC Manager to lead our team in achieving sales goals and operating all stores effectively. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for executing the yearly Account Plan, driving profitable growth, and improving store operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales goals and improve store operations.
  • Act as Kohler Co.'s executive for KEC, overseeing the execution of the yearly Account Plan.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in luxury segment management, including prior supervisory experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret business costs and drive profitable growth.
