**Resumen de trabajo**:
El analista de pedidos para facturar de CBS maneja el proceso de pedidos para facturar dentro de los estándares de mejores prácticas de CP y colabora con los CDT locales para respaldar de manera efectiva el cumplimiento de pedidos para facturar. Las principales responsabilidades serán el manejo del proceso no relacionado con los ingresos. Responsable de la gestión exitosa de pedidos y de la supervisión de todos los aspectos del proceso de servicio al cliente para asegurar las entregas oportunas a los Clientes. Maneja la relación de servicio al cliente sirviendo como el punto de contacto principal para las comunicaciones relacionadas con pedidos y entregas. La mayoría de los clientes serán clientes internos, en su mayoría equipos de CDO que requieren excelentes habilidades interpersonales.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Desarrolle comunicaciones y relaciones internas efectivas con los clientes para facilitar el cumplimiento efectivo de pedidos y facturas.
- Colabore con los equipos locales de desarrollo de clientes (CDT) y logística para investigar y resolver problemas de gestión y entrega de pedidos.
- Responsable de apoyar el logro de todos los objetivos de servicio para los clientes asignados.
- Resalte los problemas de entrega y distribución a Logística para su seguimiento y acción correctiva. Comunicar cualquier requerimiento especial del cliente interno a Logística.
- Apoyar y llevar a cabo todas las políticas de venta (términos y condiciones) con los clientes.
- Analizar y colaborar con los CDT locales para establecer las acciones apropiadas para resolver los problemas relacionados con las devoluciones y rechazos de los clientes y su seguimiento. Ejecución logística.
- Trabaje con los CDT y Logística locales para eliminar las ineficiencias de la cadena de suministro y reducir los costos en el proceso de pedido a facturación (por ejemplo, ejecución de envíos directos de planta, eficiencias de envío de capas de tarimas, eliminación de envíos fuera del territorio, consolidaciones de pedidos, etc.)
- Utilice las aplicaciones de procesamiento y cumplimiento de pedidos de SAP para manejar y completar de manera eficiente el proceso de pedido a factura mientras minimiza la intervención manual ("toques").
- Responsable del análisis y los resultados de los indicadores clave de rendimiento de CS y de tomar medidas correctivas cuando sea necesario para mejorar el servicio o resaltar los problemas de la cadena de suministro. Opera dentro de las pautas de Servicio al Cliente y redes de Distribución para optimizar el servicio y los costos de entrega.
- Preparar servicio al cliente periódico (semanal y mensual) y costos para servir actualizaciones para su distribución a los CDT locales y de división y a la gerencia de CS&L.

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Logística, Administración de Empresas o carrera afín.
- 1 año de experiência en Atención al Cliente/ Cumplimiento de Pedidos, Planificación o Logística.
- Nível de inglés avanzado.
- Experiência deseable en SAP - SD.
- Deseable Excel avanzado.
