**Requirements**:

- Must have sales experience at least +3 Years
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Excellent written skills and naturally articulate
- English 90% (Spoken & written)
- Computer knowledgeable
- Client Relationship management abilities
- Strong and convincing personality
- Regular attendance is required
**Duties**:

- Cold calling
- Follow-up with clients
- Communicate with all departments (Funding, Credit, Closers, Management )
- Data Entry & review documents
- Work off of CRM and other programs
