Insurance Customer Service Associate

This position is responsible for facilitating first call resolution and customer satisfaction on all transactions handled. The successful candidate will be able to resolve routine, complex, and unique questions/issues, input and track data into appropriate databases, and remain current on new marketing campaigns to respond effectively to marketing-related inquiries.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Ensure accurate processing of changes to customer policies based on provided information and identify opportunities for cross-sales (if applicable)* Employ probing questions and actively listen to customer issues or questions, showing interest and compassion* Demonstrate working knowledge of insurance policies and related processes and procedures* Handle customer documentation requests, clearly explain policies, and provide follow-ups as warranted*
**Requirements:**
* High School Diploma or GED (preferred)* 0-2 years experience (preferred)* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively*
