Nissan is currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill an opening for a Talent Acquisition HUB Specialist, within Human Resources department.

Key Responsibilities,

Provides support to US & Canada Talent Acquisition team on a daily basis.

Builds strong relationships with the client (Primary Recruiter & Hiring Manager) through understanding of Talent Acquisition business processes and position requirements

Supports Talent Acquisitions Full cycle duties while ensuring compliance of policies and regulations.

Works collaboratively with stakeholders for a successful end-to-end recruitment process.

Utilizes appropriate HR systems (Workday, Outlook, Excel) and other tools to execute daily recruitment support tasks.

Communicates effectively and frequently with Talent Management Managers ensuring TA NNA Hub Operation and Process execution.

Maintains a customer service orientation in all interactions.

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee data and other HR information.

Ensures TA NNA Hub Objectives execution and SLAs accomplishment

Participates in constant enhancement for Tactical Center proposing and executing initiatives from TA perspective.

Maintain and TA NNA Process scope according to SOP’s for Hub Operation

Has engagement and leadership skills to influence others positively.

Desired Skills and Experience,

**Education**: Bachelor Degree or equivalent.

**Experience**: Minimum 2.5 year of recruitment or HR Processes experience with high volume hiring requirements.

**Language**: Advanced English speaking and writing required.

**Competencies**: Demonstrated ability to prioritize and self-manage in a deadline oriented environment with frequent interruptions.

A proactive and positive approach combined with agility and a “can do” attitude.

Strong collaboration, customer service and communication skills

Results oriented Team Management experience,

Leading people (direct reports).
