ALTEN Mexico is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Talent Acquisition professional to join our team.

As the Talent Acquisition specialist, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and selecting top-tier candidates for various engineering and technology positions in ALTEN Mexico. You will work closely with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, create job descriptions, post job advertisements, and screen resumes. Additionally, you will conduct interviews, assess candidate skills and qualifications, and present qualified candidates to the hiring team.

Your responsibilities will include:

•Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop job descriptions

•Post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms

•Source and attract candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and employee referrals

•Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates

•Conduct preliminary and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and qualifications

•Manage the candidate selection process, including coordinating interviews and assessments with hiring managers

•Present qualified candidates to the hiring team and provide recommendations

•Track and report on candidate pipeline and recruitment metrics

•Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

•Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements:

•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

•Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment

•Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends

•Experience with recruiting tools and platforms

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•Ability to effectively source and screen candidates

•Strong organizational and time management skills

•Ability to work independently and as part of a team

•Proficient in Microsoft Office

•Fluency in English is highly preferred

•Experience in recruiting for engineering or technology positions is a plus
