**Tu misión en Alegra**
Establecer relaciones estratégicas con partners que permitan el crecimiento del programa de Alegra Partners, incrementando así el número de nuevos usuarios para todas las versiones
**¿Cuáles serán tus retos?**
- Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia del Programa de Alegra partners en conjunto con el equipo para potenciar partners.
- Generar continuamente procesos de mejora y medición del área, proyectos y equipo.
- Realizar reuniones con partners, generar acuerdos y dar seguimiento a las actividades del partnership incrementando así los usuarios pagos y el crecimiento del partner.
- Asegurar la formación, onboarding y medición de los partners y sus referidos o usuarios nuevos.
- Participar de las estrategias de venta en las que el partner requiera apoyo.
- Articular acciones con los equipos de Growth, Producto, Finanzas y data para asegurar la rentabilidad del programa de partners.
- Asegurar el buen uso de la marca de Alegra con los partners.
- Proponer y dar seguimiento a los KPI's y proponer mejorar para el Programa de Partners.
- Fortalecer la cultura del equipo, toma de decisiones, formación, crecimiento y bienestar del equipo.
- Apoyar la selección del equipo idóneo para el cumplimiento de los OKR's del área.
- Apoyar y dar ideas al Strategic Relationships Director en la planeación y gestión del equipo.
