**About the Role**:
As a Partner Account Manager at Commercient, you will play a crucial role in fostering and enhancing our business relationships with existing partners. Your primary focus will be to nurture these partnerships through effective communication, understanding their unique needs, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction with our services. You'll be responsible for the entire lifecycle of the partnership, from onboarding new partners with a structured 90-day program to continuously managing and supporting their growth. Your role is pivotal in maintaining strong, mutually beneficial relationships, acting as the main point of contact, and continuously delivering value to our partners. You will collaborate closely with various internal teams to align our goals with partner needs, ensuring a harmonious and productive partnership ecosystem.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as the primary liaison between Commercient and its partners, maintaining and enhancing relationships.
- Connect partners and their clients to our sales team, ensuring a seamless transition when partners submit leads.
- Onboard new partners effectively, ensuring a smooth transition and clear understanding of our products and services.
- Manage and deepen partner relationships, identifying and encouraging growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to align partner needs with our business objectives.
- Regularly assess partner satisfaction and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise, ensuring a high retention rate.
- Keep partners informed about product updates, changes, and potential impacts on their business.
- Organize and participate in partner meetings, events, and training sessions.
- Monitor partner activity, analyze performance metrics, and create reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide feedback from partners to internal teams to help shape future product developments and strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience working with CRM, ERP, or eCommerce platforms.
- Demonstrable experience in partner account management or a related field, with a track record of maintaining and growing business relationships.
- Proficient in CRM and data analysis tools, capable of translating data into actionable insights.
- Technical acumen with the ability to understand and articulate complex product details clearly.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple partners and projects simultaneously.
- Evidence of adaptability and flexibility, with a willingness to tackle various challenges and rapidly changing environments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and fostering strong relationships.
- Creative problem-solving skills, with a history of implementing innovative solutions in a business context.
- Conflict resolution abilities, with experience navigating and resolving disputes effectively.
**Location**: This position is fully remote.
