Grace Home Solutions is a local real estate marketing and sales firm that specializes in asset acquisition, remodeling, and management in Omaha, Lincoln, and surrounding areas. Our mission is to improve lives in our community one house at a time.

Our Team is looking for an applicant with a strong background in sales and the ability to learn and grow successfully in an efficient amount of time.

Your Role at Grace Home Solutions:
In your role, you will primarily be relied upon for attending phone appointments with homeowners and purchasing their homes. All of the leads you will be working have been pre-qualified by our Lead Managers. You will have intimate sales and real estate training with some of the best sales trainers in the industry.

**Responsibilities**:
Weekly appointments with homeowners to purchase their homes.
Make daily calls to homeowners interested in selling.
Successfully be able to close deals in an efficient manner.
Foster and maintain excellent relationships with our homeowners.
Qualifications:
Be a self-starter and have a positive mindset
Strong sales skills. BE A CLOSER
Team player
Be coachable
Process and system driven
Overall people person

Schedule:
8-hour shift
Monday to Friday
Weekend availability
