**Responsibilities**:
Atención a los clientes existente en la Macro-región asignada así como la búsqueda de nuevos clientes.
Cumplimiento de las actividades acordadas de promoción, asesoría, seminarios, expos, entre otros.
Cumplimiento del presupuesto de ventas asignado de los distintos productos.
Monitorear mensualmente el presupuesto del mes y análisis de resultados.
Conocimiento e información del mercado (Precios, productos, competencias etc.).
Entrega de proyección de ventas anticipadamente.
Apertura de nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
Seguimiento de las estrategias de Mercadotecnia.
Participación de Reuniones Comerciales para definir estrategias de venta.
Establecimiento de parcelas demostrativas de interés en los cultivos de la zona.
Desarrollo de estrategias e innovación para la zona.

**Profile**:
**Preferentemente residencia en: Mexicali o San Luis Rio Colorado**
Ingeniero Agronomía
Mínimo dos años de experiência en área comercial.
Mínimo dos años de experiência en asesoría en nutrición vegetal.
Experiência deseada en el área de nutrición vegetal y cultivos: Trigo, Algodón, Maíz, Hortalizas (Esparrago, Cebollin, Col de bruselas, Pepino, Tomate) y Berries.
Dominio herramientas Microsoft, plataformas digitales, gastos, agendas, presentaciones
Deseable idioma inglés
Facilidad de palabra para impartir charlas a clientes y productores en campo
