OBJETIVO:
Brindar a nuestros clientes atención personalizada enfocada en los detalles, proporcionando propuestas de experiências únicas, con información oportuna y precisa de nuestros servicios, además de dar soluciones a los problemas que se puedan presentar durante su estancia en el destino, logrando de esta manera generar un valor agregado y la satisfacción de nuestro cliente. **DISPONIBILIDAD PARA CAMBIO DE RESIDENCIA A LOS CABOS**
FUNCIONES:
- Atención a clientes de las concesiones designadas, enfocándose siempre en superar las expectativas del cliente.
- Realizar fam Trips y site inspections.
- Recepción de solicitudes de servicio vía correo electrónico por parte de los huéspedes, concierge y/o concesiones.
- Atiende de manera eficaz y eficiente las comunicaciones a través de correos electrónicos y mensajes telefónicos, garantizando una comunicación fluida y efectiva con nuestros clientes.
- Brindar recomendaciones y propuestas personalizadas del destino adaptadas a las necesidades de cada cliente, enfocándose en cada detalle.
- Realizar reservas derivadas de las solicitudes recibidas en temas de servicios como: traslados, tours, actividades, restaurantes, campos de golf, etc.
- Seguimiento con los proveedores para confirmación de servicios agendados (servicios de traslados y servicios abiertos con el departamento de Trafico y en el caso de Tour con proveedores de este).
- Llevar un seguimiento detallado de todas las solicitudes y reservas, minimizando posibles errores para garantizar la satisfacción de los huéspedes.
- Manejar solicitudes de horarios de transporte de manera eficiente.
- Coordinar los servicios diarios con el departamento de tráfico y los operadores.
- Realizar un seguimiento riguroso de los servicios agendados en colaboración con el departamento de tráfico y los operadores.
- Realizar un seguimiento detallado de las llegadas y salidas agendadas, asegurando una experiência fluida para nuestros huéspedes.
- Coordina juntamente con el departamento de Operaciones cambios de último minuto o servicios extras solicitados por los clientes.
- Generar propuestas de presentes creativos que generen un valor personalizado y único a nuestros clientes.
- Seguimiento de entrega eficaz y eficiente de los presentes personalizados.
- Fungir como Concierge experta en el destino para nuestros Clientes.
- Reportar de manera oportuna cualquier incidencia que surja en los servicios proporcionados, permitiendo un seguimiento inmediato y una solución efectiva.
- Resuelve de manera efectiva los problemas y atender las quejas de los Clientes con una actitud profesional y orientada a soluciones.
- Elaborar informes de incidencias y quejas de los clientes, permitiendo una gestión eficiente de los aspectos a mejorar.
- Proporcionar un trato amable, personalizado y cordial a cada cliente para asegurar una experiência positiva.
- Mantiene registros precisos y detallados de las ventas realizadas.
- Deberá generar las alianzas estratégicas para contar con Fam Trips de hoteles claves como Ritz Carlton, Waldorf Astoria, Nobu, Gran Velas.
Preferentemente experiência en: Costco Travel, Apple Vacations. etc, etc,CONOCIMIENTOS:
- Office, Excel intermedio, manejo de intranet y conocimiento amplio del destino.
HABILIDADES:
- Negociación, proactividad, empatía, orientado a la tarea a los resultados, a la satisfacción al cliente, manejar una comunicación efectiva, poseer alto nível de actitud de servicio y calidad.
IDIOMAS:
- Ingles 90% escrito y hablado.
