Nalco una empresa de Ecolab, busca un **Consultor Técnico en tratamiento de aguas**. Si es un profesional de ventas apasionado con un historial comprobado de éxito en ventas técnicas, lo invitamos a postularse. Será el principal responsable del crecimiento de los ingresos y las ganancias de los programas y servicios de Nalco en cuentas específicas dentro de las industrias del agua. Se le pedirá que adopte un enfoque de ventas consultivo, con énfasis principal en sólidas habilidades de liderazgo de cuentas y retención de cuentas estratégicas de Nalco. Además, debe construir relaciones a largo plazo con una gran base de clientes comprendiendo sus impulsores comerciales clave, ejecutando programas de garantía de sistemas y vendiendo nuevas tecnologías.

**Qué harás**:
Proporcionar soporte de auditoría en sitio para la calificación técnica previa a la licitación, incluidas pruebas y calificación de laboratorio si es necesario, y recomendaciones técnicas de productos.

Comprender las mejores prácticas y promoverlas a través de la capacitación y la implementación.

Participar en iniciativas de capacitación y desarrollar material de capacitación según las indicaciones.

Comprender el alcance de las necesidades técnicas y actuar según sea necesario.

Proporcionar soporte local en sitio y capacitación para nuevas tecnologías.

Ayudar en el desarrollo y ejecución de pruebas de campo.

Proporcionar soporte de prueba beta e identificación de indicadores clave de rendimiento.

Escribir y distribuir informes de llamadas que detallan actividades, recomendaciones y otras observaciones directamente relacionadas con las visitas al sitio.

Desarrollar estudios de casos según sea necesario para brindar soporte técnico e interfaz, y ser reconocido como un experto en tecnología de la empresa y comprensión de los procesos del cliente.

Comprender la cartera de aplicaciones de la empresa y los procesos directamente afectados por la cartera dentro del segmento industrial definido.

Comprender el valor de los programas de la empresa para el cliente y tener la capacidad de promover activamente este valor para el cliente y dentro de la organización.

Participar en asociaciones comerciales de la industria mediante la presentación de artículos u otras actividades.

Identificar oportunidades de soporte de KMS y actualizaciones correspondientes.

Actuar como colaborador o autor principal de artículos.

Brindar soporte a través de los asociados de ventas.

Aporta conocimiento de las tendencias técnicas y del mercado de la industria, funciona bien en situaciones de prueba con investigación, marketing, etc.

Debe poder escribir buenos informes de viaje e informes técnicos según sea necesario, y liderar esfuerzos para documentar y presentar el trabajo.

Apoya los objetivos del grupo establecidos por el director mediante la implementación de estrategias (tácticas), así como proporcionando datos técnicos y de marketing de campo para respaldar las decisiones y objetivos futuros.

Ayudar a formar a ITC en sus áreas de especialización

Capacidad para participar y liderar equipos de proyectos multifuncionales.

Administrar el presupuesto propio proporcionado por el director.

El territorio de la ruta incluirá: República Mexicana

**Requisitos**:
Ing. Químico, Bioquímico, QFB, Ambiental, Industrial, Alimentos o afines.

2 años de experiência en ventas o soporte técnico (consultores técnicos) en industria química, manufacturera, petroquímica, tratamiento de aguas, etc.

Inglés intermedio a avanzado.

Debe tener una licencia de conducir válida y manejar vehículo estándar.
