Unilever, anunció una inversión en México para los próximos 3 años, que incluye la construcción de una nueva planta de manufactura regional que pretende ubicar en Salinas Victoria, Nuevo León, para fabricar productos de belleza y cuidado personal, para exportación regional al negocio de Unilever Norteamérica.

Nombre de la posición: HR Coordinator Project

Propósito de la posición:
Ser parte de la creación y diseño del set up de los procesos relacionados con Recursos Humanos, adicional a colaborar en las estrategias de change management, transformación de la nueva estructura, y finalmente ser el punto de contacto de los empleados de la nueva planta en Nuevo León para los temas relacionados con HR, durante los “Key Employee Moments” en colaboración con nuestros parnters de HR.

Principales actividades:

- Colaborar con el líder de HR de la nueva planta en Nuevo León en temas de change management, transformación o cualquiera relacionado con el set up de la nueva planta.
- Creación y ajuste de las políticas y procedimientos de HR para la nueva estructura.
- Colaborar en el set up del sistema de Payroll en conjunto con los stakeholders involucrados.
- Soporte para el set up de los sistemas de HR y tareas de Data en conjunto con el equipo de HR Services.
- HR Front Face para los procesos asociados a los “Key Employee moments” de los empleados de la nueva estructura, en conjunto con los partners de HR.
- Atender consultas de los empleados relacionadas con HR.

Años de experiência en posiciones similares:

- 3-5 años experiência en roles de HRBP, People Partner o similares
- Experiência en proyectos de implementación (deseable)
- Experiência en fábricas (deseable)

¿Qué necesitas para aspirar a la vacante?
- Residir en Nuevo León o tener disponibilidad para cambiar de residencia a Nuevo León.
- Manejo de idioma inglés medio o avanzado
- Disponibilidad inmediata para hacer viajes de negocios, previo a la transferencia a Nuevo León.
- Capacidad de influir y construir con partner
- Habilidades de project management y coordinación con stakeholders internos y o externos.
- Conocimiento sobre sistemas de Payroll y de HR Services (deseable).
- Priorizar y levantar la mano para pedir ayuda o comunicar riesgos
- Ser capaz de construir un people agenda de impacto hacia el negocio
