**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Create, maintain and enhance the _customer experience_ across all functions
- Provide Technical Advice driven by solf customer processes needs
- Respond to distributors, system integrators and end user inquiries regarding product selection and pricing based on coating process experience
- Partner with distributors, system integrators and end users
- Act as a liaison between the customer and Internal team members to ensure alll customer expectations are communicated, understood and met throughout the organization
- Act as the first line of communication to customers as needed with strong and professional technical knowledge
- Proactively seek out process improvements and offer new ideas to help you and the team be more efficent and effective in strengthening all existing and new customer relationships (Distributors, System Integrators and End Users).

**DAILY TASKS**
- Prospecting and seek for opportunities within existing, as well as new customers by using and reporting the daily sales activity by the usage of CRM’s platforms
- To develop actions plan within the existing, as well as new Channel Partnes with the purpose to promote Carlisle´s brands within the Mexican Market
- Proactively answer customer calls and respond to customer inquires while documenting all communication into ERP system (Dynamics)
- Expedite orders and resolve inquiries
- Strives to meet departmental metrics as outlined by Business Unit Manager
- Maintain a network of appropriate contacts and nurture well-functioning relationships with the various engineering and manufacturing facilities

- Possesses, or able to develop, superior proficiency in utilizing an ERP system to manage material, orders, and shipments
- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to communicate with confidence and conviction
- Ability to develop, improve, and maintain outstanding relationships with customers, colleagues, and external business partners
- Performance-focused, proactive self-starter. Biased to do things before being asked, excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, creative insight into problem-solving. Able to multi-task, manage time, and balance multiple priorities simultaneously
- Take initiative to effectively anticipate the needs, handle the issues, and resolve the problems of internal and external customers. View complaints as opportunities, acts as a customer advocate, and is dedicated to building relationships for long-term mutual benefit
- Excels at working both independently and collaboratively. Able to work with mínimal supervision. Keeps supervisor sufficiently informed.
- Comfortable with appropriate risk-taking; exercises good judgment in making calls when “perfect” information and solutions are not attainable.
- Comfortable in speaking up when discussion is needed

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Must be able to work in the field, spending 75% time traveling and knocking doors within the existing and new customers
- Associates degree - command of written and verbal communications
- 3 - 5 years on technical sales experience
- Desire but not limited to have Engineering Degree
- Desire to have coating process knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, independently & within a team
- Multi-tasking skill
- Excellent presentation skills
- Likes people and able to remain calm (no matter what the circumstance)
- Computer competency - including MS Office products (MS Word, Excel) and web-based tools
- The ability to remain focused on the job at hand

**PREFERRED**
- Passion for delivering a _Customer Experience_ better than anyone
- Bachelor’s degree
- Inside and Outside Sales experience
- Knowledge/experience with Industrial equipment in B2B space; spray finishing equipment a plus
- Knowledge of Carlisle Fluid Technologies product line and its usage/position in assigned key industry
- Experience with the EDI process and ERP Systems

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tijuana, B.C.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
