**Retos a los que te enfrentas en esta posición**:

- Liderar asegurar el cumplimento del logro del desempeño general del territorio comercial definido y garantizar la entrega de un conjunto de objetivos alineados con La estrategia comercial, incluido portafolio y el crecimiento de los ingresos y el control de costos. Asegurar la ejecución de las tácticas prescritas, planes, controles y ritmos operativos. Centrarse en construir una cartera sostenible de clientes y agentes satisfechos. Liderar al equipo de Ventas y Servicio con base en un enfoque de motivación, coaching y desarrollo para impulsar el desempeño y lograr la rentabilidad de los productos de Home Credit y Negocio.
- Desarrollar al equipo de Gerentes de Ventas y Cobranza a cargo y gestionar su desempeño para asegurar que tengan las habilidades para administrar su sección en términos de selección, capacitación sobre los productos Home Credit y Negocio..Asegurar que las estrategias y planes de negocio sean ejecutados por cada BRM y que estén alineados a la estrategia general de crecimiento, a la estrategia regional y que brinden un crecimiento sostenible a largo plazo acorde al potencial identificado de la región.
- Construir una cultura centrada en las personas, en la satisfacción y el rendimiento del cliente para asegurar la estabilidad y dedicación del equipo.

**Si eres una persona que cuenta con**:

- Habilidades comerciales, analíticas, de resolución de problemas y de toma de decisiones.
- Licenciatura concluida
- Habilidad de impulsar las ventas y al mismo tiempo brindar un excelente servicio a los clientes
- Evaluar y gestionar el riesgo crediticio, desarrollar estrategias y planes de riesgo
- Gestión del desempeño individual y del equipo para lograr los objetivos establecidos así como equilibrar los objetivos del equipo a corto plazo con las metas estratégicas de largo plazo
- Demuestra tener comportamientos asociados a las competencias y valores de Provident
