At Aeo, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Leader to join our team in Mexico. As a Sales Team Leader, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, building a strong customer experience, and leading a high-performing sales team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced retail environment where you will be responsible for executing strategic business plans, managing store operations, and developing a sales culture that drives results. You will work closely with the Store Management team to achieve sales goals, manage inventory, and maintain visual merchandising standards.

The ideal candidate will have previous retail experience, preferably in a leadership role, and possess excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

We estimate the annual salary for this role to be approximately $45,000-$55,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This estimate is based on industry standards and takes into account the cost of living in Mexico.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership:
    • Lead by example and create a positive work environment that fosters collaboration and teamwork.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
    • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Drive for Results:
    • Work closely with the Store Management team to execute strategic business plans and achieve sales goals.
    • Manage inventory levels and maintain visual merchandising standards to maximize sales and profitability.
    • Analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance.
  • Talent Management:
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team member skills and knowledge.
    • Counsel and coach team members to address performance issues and develop improvement plans.
    • Recognize and reward team members for their achievements and contributions to the team.
  • Authority:
    • In the absence of a member of management, you will be authorized to open and close the store, complete cash refunds, and perform other tasks as necessary.
